About the event
Friday of Holy Week. We call it Good Friday.
Jesus was arrested, tried, and sentenced to death by crucifixion. After being whipped, beaten, flogged, spit upon and slapped in the face...Jesus was nailed through His hands and feet to a wooden cross. He would hang there for 6 hours, 3 of which were in darkness until he gave up His Spirit and breathed His last breath and died...FOR YOU!
